Renters are aware that each advertiser sets its own Refund and Cancellation Policies. Internetvacationzone.com recommends that renters ask for and receive a written notice of the Refund and Cancellation policy from the advertiser. Internetvacationzone.com is not responsible for the refund of rental fees for any reason. Confirmation of information published herein is the sole responsibility of the renting party. Qualification of all renters is the sole responsibility of the advertiser.

REFUND POLICY
Internetvacationzone.com listings are provided on an annual basis. Because most of the work involved in promoting vacation rental properties on the Internet occurs in the first few weeks (creating the webpage, adding photos, submitting to search engines, etc.) Internetvacationzone.com offers no refund on cancelled webpages, except as otherwise noted.

PROPERTY OFF THE MARKET
If you wish to remove your property from the website, we can temporarily disable the Internetvacationzone.com listing and reactivate it at a future date. Your Internetvacationzone.com listing stays in force through the original term and the renewal date does not change. The renewal date will not be extended during the time that the property is off the market.

PROPERTY SOLD
If you sell your property, you may be able to transfer your Internetvacationzone.com listing to a new advertiser; please contact us for details. However, no refund will be granted for properties that are sold, whether or not they are tranferred to a new advertiser. Existing and new advertisers are encouraged to come to a fair division of fees among themselves.

Internetvacationzone.com reserves the right to identify and control such abuse in any way that it considers to be reasonable. Internetvacationzone.com also reserves the right to cancel (without refund) any member that mentions Internetvacationzone.com or any of its associated websites, URLs, or any associated Internetvacationzone.com email address in any SPAM email message or Usenet posting. Internetvacationzone.com is the sole judge in determining what constitutes SPAM. It is the goal of Internetvacationzone.com to reduce the volume of SPAM delivered via email or inquiry systems. Use of client contact information and / or use of inquiry forms on Internet Vacation Zone.com is restricted to rental inquiries only. Solicitation of Internet Vacaciones Zone.com clientes / advertisers or contacting clients / advertisers for commercial purposes via information or tools obtained from Internet Vacation Zone.com is expressly forbidden.

MEMBERSHIP POLICIES
Internetvacationzone.com reserves the right to reject or edit any ad submitted at our sole discretion. Once material has been submitted, edited and posted on the Internetvacationzone.com website, it becomes the property of Internetvacationzone.com and its affiliated sites and may not be copied from the Internetvacationzone.com website without written permission.
