2. Terms
The terms of this agreement are effective as soon as the Property Owners and Rental Agents listings are published on our web sites.

3. Layout and copy on Internet Vacation Zone.com web site
Internet Vacation Zone.com reserves the right to determine the final design, layout and functionality of the Internet Vacation Zone.com web sites.

Internet Vacation Zone.com reserves the right to edit, copy or amend the text, layouts or photographs supplied, should they consider it necessary.

Internet Vacation Zone.com reserves the right, at its discretion, to amend, edit, and copy information entered into the Internet Vacation Zone online database by advertisers or rental agents.

Internet Vacation Zone.com cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the design or positioning of the properties or changes made to the photographs and copy submitted by the customer.

4. Accuracy
Internet Vacation Zone.com cannot accept any legal responsibility for the accuracy of the advertisements, or any alleged breaches of contract on an advertiser's part or its representative.

Advertisers are responsible for keeping their availability accurate and up-to-date, particularly for periods where Searchable Special Offers are being displayed. Special offers will not displayed if the periods they cover are marked as “booked” on the availability chart. For full details see Searchable Special Offers.

5. Photographic materials
Internet Vacation Zone.com will make every effort to safeguard all materials supplied, and return them if required, but cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage, however caused, and for any loss or damage sustained.

Every effort will be made to reproduce faithfully all advertisements submitted, but Internet Vacation Zone.com cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage or otherwise resulting from errors or omission.

6. Liability
Internet Vacation Zone.com does not warrant that the operation of the Internet Vacation Zone.com site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

In no event shall Internet Vacation Zone.com be liable to the advertiser for any special, consequential, incidental or indirect damages, including lost profits, however caused, on any theory of liability, including but not limited to product liability.

Property Owners and Rental Agents assume full responsibility for the rental or lease agreements agreed upon with prospective renters. Qualification of all renters is the sole responsibility of the Property Owners or Rental Agents. Internet Vacation Zone.com is NOT A LICENSED REAL ESTATE AGENT IN ANY STATE. Any arrangements made between prospective renters and Property Owners or Rental Agents are made independently of Internet Vacation Zone.com

Should Internet Vacation Zone.com be unable to deliver the level of service as described on its web sites for any reasons including, but not limited to service outages, war, acts of God or negligence, or simply lack of general performance, Internet Vacation Zone.com cannot be held liable for any costs related to such events.
It is the sole responsibility of Property Owners or Rental Agents to resolve any issues that might arise with the renters, including cancellation by Property Owners or Rental Agents or Non Shows by the tenants. If Property Owners or Rental Agents are unable to deliver the level of service as described on the Internet Vacation Zone.com web sites for any reasons, Internet Vacation Zone.com will not be held liable for any costs related to such events. Internet Vacation Zone.com does not represent any of the Property Owners or Rental Agents, nor can guarantee the validity or accuracy of any statement made by Property Owners or Rental Agents regarding their properties.

7. Copyright
Internet Vacation Zone.com shall be entitled to reproduce part or whole of any photographic material and / or copy material supplied by the advertiser or rental agent about their properties on the Internet Vacation Zone.com, and any other web site it deems necessary to enhance the visibility of such properties and maximize their exposure .

Internet Vacation Zone.com claims copyright to the electronic images of the photographic material supplied by advertisers.

It is the advertiser's responsibility to obtain reproduction permission for all photographic and other material used in their advertisements. The advertiser warrants that he is the owner of the copyright in such material or is authorized by the owner thereof to grant to Internet Vacation Zone.com the rights therein contained. The advertiser indemnifies Internet Vacation Zone.com and its employees, agents, shareholders, officers, directors and successors against any action (including attorneys’ fees and costs and settlement costs) brought for breach of copyright from the use of such material supplied by the advertiser.

Internet Vacation Zone.com cannot be held responsible for any infringement of copyright laws resulting from material supplied by the advertisers.

8. Hypertext links
Internet Vacation Zone.com reserves the right to refuse hypertext links to, or addresses of, other web sites from advertiser’s pages, and to remove links or web addresses without notice at our sole discretion.

Internet Vacation Zone.com reserves the right to charge for hypertext links at any time.

9. Guest Books
All entries in the guest book section must be genuine comments from guests who have stayed at the property advertised. The e-mail address of the guests whose comments are given must be supplied on request.

10. Substitution of properties
An advertisement relates to a specific property. The property in an advertisement may not be substituted by another property.

11. Advertising more than one property on one advertisement
Each advertisement on the Internet Vacation Zone.com site displays an individual property where people will spend their holidays - not examples of properties in a given area. Only one property can appear on each advertisement, unless it is a property with multiple rental units on the same site, and additional advertising units are purchased. Internet Vacation Zone.com reserves the right to amend the copy or download the advertisement, when more than one property is described in the advertisement.

12. Termination of advertising
If advertisers wish to have their advertisement removed from the Internet before the end of their subscription period, this will be done, but no refunds will be paid.

Internet Vacation Zone.com reserves the right to refuse and or remove any advertisement for Internet Vacation Zone web site for any reason without any prejudice, and will not be liable for any expense in so doing.

If an advertiser attempts to enter unsuitable material into the Internet Vacation Zone.com on-line database, or persistently misuses the on-line systems, Internet Vacation Zone.com reserves the right to download the property from the Internet Vacation Zone.com site. No refunds will be paid.

If Internet Vacation Zone.com receives substantiated complaints from a person who has rented an advertisers property, or an advertiser knowingly double-books a property, or engages in any unacceptable practices then Internet Vacation Zone.com reserves the right to download the property from the Internet Vacation Zone.com web site without notice.

13. Payment
Payment for advertising must be in US Dollars by major credit and debit cards, or a check on a USA bank in US Dollars.
